Fusebox is the brainchild of three friends from widely diverse backgrounds. Cara is in graphic design, Urszula in management, and Geoff, in stock market brokerage. All share a common interest in and passion for food, and felt there was a need and a market for an imaginative alternative to the usual lunchtime sandwich. Their first Fusebox opened in December 2001 at Borough Market.

Serving a range of tasty meals with a pan-Asian bias, Fusebox offers a selection of Hot and Cold food, freshly prepared in the premises daily, where you can lunch on site, pick up a lunchbox or a takeaway for your evening meal, sign up for a cookery course, or book catering services for important private functions. A small but happy team of cooks and servers are at hand to cater to your needs.
